Dear Kids,
They say, April showers bring May flowers. It looks like that is true! Things are blooming
everywhere, and its a great month to do things outside. In fact, in May the President challenges
everyone to get active during National Physical Fitness and Sports Month!
The flowers are in bloom just in time for Mothers Day, which is on May 11. Ive got some good ideas on ways to do something special for your mom this year. After all, she deserves it! (And dont forget, the best present of all is a big hug and a kiss and being on your very best
behavior. Its only one day you can
do it!)
Even though you may have spring
fever, keep focusing on your schoolwork and reading. Do something nice for your teacher during Teacher Appreciation Week,
May 4-10.
