Dear Kids, September is here, and fall is in the air. Where I live, that means the air is crisp and cool, and the leaves are changing colors. Autumn officially begins on September 23, and this month is a great time to go on a hike and explore the natural changes taking place.
One of the things that I love about the fall is making a trip to the county fair. Its neat to see all of the animals with their blue ribbons, and of course I have a lot of fun riding the rides, playing games and eating candy apples!
Another exciting thing that happens in September is the return to school! Most schools are back in session already. Its important to start your school day off right with a good breakfast, so in this issue, theres a great recipe for Cheesy Scrambled Eggs. Speaking of scrambled-up things, make sure you try the word find in this issues Puzzleville. Maybe you have a grandparent that would like to help you with it? Grandparents are special people that have a lot of knowledge. Remember to visit your grandparents, or give them a telephone call to say I love you on Grandparents Day, September 10.
Have a great month!
